Vector is a technological provider of quality products and services that develops all its activities under an Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001, ISO 20001 and ISO 14001 standards and the level 3 CMMi-DEV model. This quality framework provides our customers value by helping them meet their goals through a structured customer centered work system based on the service concept.

Our methodology offers predictable costs, commitment to compliance with time frames, reduces the amount of work and minimizes the number of defects in delivered code, while meeting the quality levels the customer needs in each project/service.

The processes of a project are controlled by the project leader who guides himself with realistic plans based on the performance of related projects. Planning and functionality are under control and quality is supervised.

Our services are governed by the Service Level Agreement (SLA).  In the first stage we sit down with the customer to define their needs and expectations. In the second stage the controls are set with an established frequency, which provides a framework of understanding that simplifies and reduces potential areas of conflict.

Our process-oriented methodology is based on the Integrated Management System we have implemented and it defines the company's operations. The Integrated Management System covers Policies, Processes and Procedures. The Processes identify what we do and the Procedures how we do it.
