Intelligent construction of the digital experience: we discover valuable ideas and turn them into products, services and experiences.

We use an iterative approach, starting with the blurriest phase (fuzzy start) and working toward the most defined component (product or service). Working in parallel allows us to generate knowledge, measure, pivot (depending on the results obtained) and build a minimum viable product (MVP), before completing the evolution of the final version that will be launched on the market.

We use lean methodologies to optimize, learn and enhance, generating adequate scenarios and knowledge while integrating CX, UX and business.

Design is so simple. That's why it's so complicated.

Design thinking is a formal method for solving problems and creating solutions in a practical, efficient and creative way.

We apply these techniques to resolve uncertainties that arise at different phases of a project.

We propose a generic global vision that we divide into measurable and testable goals, which set the course for our digital initiatives.

Discover

I have a challenge.

The discovery phase involves welcoming new opportunities and creating an environment that encourages inspiration and the generation of new concepts. This stage involves building a solid foundation on which to base our ideas.

Creating meaningful solutions begins with a deep understanding of user needs.

Interpret

I learned something.

Interpretation transforms stories into meaningful ideas. Observation, fieldwork or conversation can generate inspiration, but the difficulty lies in turning ideas into valid design opportunities.

This phase involves organizing and condensing thoughts until a compelling point of view and clear direction are found, allowing ideation to begin.

Ideate

I see an oportunity.

Generating a high volume of ideas is key during this phase of ideation. Using techniques such as brainstorming, we think expansively and without restrictions.

With a clear set of rules, tools and innovation methodologies, we conceptualize and shape ideas.

Experiment

I have an idea.

Experimentation allows ideas to come to life. Therefore, building prototypes is key, as they enable ideas to become tangible, facilitating learning throughout the entire work process.

Even with early prototypes, you can receive a direct response and learn how to improve and further refine an idea.

Evolve

I tried something.

Concept development over time. In this phase, next steps are planned, the idea is communicated to those involved in the project’s future and the whole process is thoroughly documented.

Design is notan added expense;it's an added value.
